The Mylan Relay for Hope is a cross-Canada relay to raise funds and awareness for Canadians and people worldwide who are living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS.

The relay started on April 21, 2015 in St. John’s, NL and ends mid-October 2015 in Hope, BC – and consists of 35 dedicated runners divided into teams. Each team will be responsible for running the distance in its province, before the team in the next province can begin its westward journey.

The Mylan Relay for Hope is possible because of a proud collaboration between Mylan - one of the world’s leading generics and specialty pharmaceutical companies whose mission is to set new standards in healthcare – and the Canadian AIDS Society, a national coalition of community-based AIDS organizations across Canada.

We are brought together by a common cause: to enrich the lives of people and communities living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
There are numerous ways you can show support for the Mylan Relay for Hope. You can donate directly to the cause, sign-up to be a fundraiser, purchase event merchandise… and even join the runners!

Also, businesses interested in becoming a partner, and individuals interested in becoming official runners are invited to contact us.
The proceeds will fund programs organized by the Canadian AIDS Society, such as delivering national awareness campaigns targeting vulnerable populations at risk of HIV/AIDS, and supporting AIDS Service Organizations nationwide that work tirelessly to deliver essential services to people living with HIV/AIDS.

Proceeds will also fund programs organized by the Elton John AIDS Foundation to fight HIV/AIDS in regions that are poorly served by current prevention efforts.
